Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Responsibility

White Moth works with trusted third-party production and shipping partners to fulfill and deliver orders.

While we monitor shipments and assist customers whenever possible, we do not directly control shipping operations or carrier schedules.

If your shipment is delayed, we will gladly contact our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier on your behalf to help resolve the issue.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been shipped.

Please note that tracking information may take several days to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

White Moth is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
